Jack Thompson
 |
Jack Thompson has been a resident of Harris County for more than 45 years. He received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas in 1958 and later achieved a Law Degree (Juris Doctor) from the South Texas College of Law in 1968.
Mr. Thompson served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict from March of 1953 to December of 1954. Mr. Thompson has been in the General Practice of Law since 1968 dealing with all areas of Civil and Criminal Law. Currently, he is engaged in Civil Practice with emphasis on the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Wills, Estate, Probate, General Business Services, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury and Litigation.
He is a past President of the Houston Northwest Bar Association and a Past Director of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Thompson is also a past member of the State Bar Grievance Committee and is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts; United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
