What Difference Does Board-Certification Make?
Unmarried parents, divorcing spouses and others seeking legal advocacy have many options when choosing a lawyer.
All Texas attorneys must abide by strict ethics when providing legal advocacy for divorce, conservatorship of children, relocations, interstate custody matters, grandparents’ rights, adoption, estate planning, probate disputes and other concerns. How do you know your lawyer has that added edge so you can resolve your problems efficiently?
When you engage an attorney who is certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, you are partnering with a lawyer who has continuously demonstrated a higher level of commitment to their field of law and to their clients. In Texas, the hallmark of board-certification includes positive legal peer reviews, continuing legal education, years of focused experience and passing rigorous exams.
